Quarantined: view from my window

It was selected with 100 international art quilt artists for Sandra Sider’s book “Quarantine quilts: creativity amidst chaos”. It was then chosen by the publisher to make the cover of the book.
I just wanted to convey the idea that the world outside went on with joy and hope even though we were locked down.

Le monde extérieur continuait de tourner, coloré et joyeux, pendant que nous étions enfermés dans nos appartements.
